Shows how bad Moco is this year. Only 2 teams in the top 25. Bmore has 4 out of the 10, 6 out top 25. PG has 6 out of the top 25. Anne arundel has 4 of the top 25, Frederick has 2 out top 25, Charles has 2 out of the top 25.
Bad sign outside of Gaithersburg maybe Magruder Moco won’t be much better next year.
No Whitman, WJ, Northwest, BCC in the top 50.

I’m encouraged that Clarksburg was able to keep up with Paint Branch and Springbrook they always seem to be a tough out like last year they upset the former state runner up and the number one seed on the road... we’ll see if they can turn up for the playoffs like they usually do

Down years for both.

Actually quite impressive now as we look at the end of the season that Whitman beat New Town. They’re the most complete team in that section with very good guards and shooters. Have a big guy but he’s not too talented. My prediction is they get to the regional championship as well as RM who will escape gburg with home advantage.

Whitman has been missing one of their top 2 players the last 4 games - Brendan Shaver. No idea whether he is going to be available for the playoffs. If he isn't able to play (or is ineffective) that hurts Whitman significantly.

With Lake Clifton, Patterson and Poly favorites in their respective brackets this season, 'Charm City' may take home a trifecta for the fourth time, after accomplishing the feat 3 times so far - '09, '12, and last year. Since Baltimore City has joined the MPSSAA in '93, the state title breakdown goes like this, among the 4 big jurisdictions.- Baltimore City 40 PG 19 Baltimore County 14 Montgomery 9 I do think RM or Gaithersburg has a shot in 4A, but I have Eleanor Roosevelt as the favorite. Dulaney will be the favorite in the 4A North.

Eleanor Roosevelt will be very hard to beat if they make it out of tough PG region.
